Per Investigator

A Letter of Engagement and retainer are required on all case assignments and will be prepared for specific tasks requested by the Client and provided to the Client for verification of assignment with signature approval.

Process Delivery Services

Process servers at Kalmbach & Associates, Inc. are Notary Publics and have completed the required state approved training course to be certified by the Supreme Court of Texas to deliver court issued documents.

Process servers are kept updated on all current civil rules governing the service of process for all 50 states and foreign countries. Process is delivered locally as well as nationally and internationally for clients.
